Our Story

CityProm was born from a simple idea: prom girls deserve the same unforgettable shopping experience as a bride. Most 16-year-olds don't quite know what they're looking for yet, and typical dress shops simply don't offer the support, privacy, or variety they need to find it. So, in 2008, we set out to change that.

Seventeen years on, we've grown in space, range, and reputation to become South Wales' leading prom dress boutique — built entirely on private 1-2-1 appointments, genuinely personal attention, and unique designer labels you won't find anywhere else in the area.
