We met with Madeline today and what a lovely experience she was very warm and welcoming and very patient with my daughter who tried on a fair few dresses different styles do what she had in mind and found the perfect dress for her upcoming prom , Madeline explains everything very clearly and you can clearly see she loves her job . You made the experience one to remember and thank you for helping us find the perfect dress . Would highly recommend .

This is my second time using City Prom and I really can't recommend it enough. My daughter enjoyed the private fitting with Madeline, who has a wealth of experience. Madeline clearly loves her job and her enthusiasm and manner is excellent. We didn't feel rushed and with her guidance and patience we found again the perfect dress.

Amazing experience. Loved it so so much and can not wait for my prom now with my dream dress. The lady was lovely and especially loved the 1-2-1 experience and having it private. Best prom shop and recommend so so much. Best service!!

Highly recommend City Prom. Great choice of dresses in varying styles and colours. Nothing too much trouble with every dress change to find the perfect fit and style. Lovely to be guided through the process with Madeline’s expertise and friendly manner.

I visited City Prom to purchase dresses for my 3 daughters. The service was absolutely amazing. We did not feel pressured into purchasing and we were encouraged to take our time and try on as many dresses as we wanted to. Also encouraged to take time and think before purchasing. In the end we actually purchased 4 as I couldn’t resist one either! Next level service way above and beyond what we expected as one dress had to be ordered and it arrived so quickly. Do not hesitate to visit City Prom I hope we will return soon to buy more. Thanks from us all.

We had a fabulous experience at City Prom today with Madeleine. The setting is welcoming with gorgeous dresses, so much choice. Madeleine is an excellent, experienced advisor and really put my daughter at ease. She listened to her and helped her to feel comfortable and to enjoy the appointment! Nothing was too much trouble and we have come out today with the perfect dress. The experience was just what it should be and I would highly recommend. Thanks, Madeleine.

We visited city prom looking for a prom dress for my daughter, Madeleine was fantastic from start to finish. A stunning selection of the most beautiful dresses in every colour and every style possible. Would definitely recommend booking an appointment, it’s one on one with no disruptions as your appointment is solely for you. We were so happy we made the trip over from Weston super Mare as my daughter found her perfect dress ❤️ Thank you City Prom ❤️

I cannot recommend City Prom enough. Madeleine made what could have been a stressful experience feel fun and exciting.
The selection was incredible! So many beautiful, high-quality dresses in a wide range of styles, colors, and sizes. My daughter tried on several gowns and never felt rushed or pressured.

Had a lovely experience here purchasing a Morilee dress for my daughter's prom. Madeleine could tell my daughter's dress size at a glance and we were able to order in my daughter's first choice of dress. Our appointment was exclusively ours, so we were able to try several other dresses that we had earmarked as alternates. Madeleine also connected us with a fabulous seamstress (Sarah) for alterations, who also did a great job at a good price. The dresses in the shop are both beautiful and of great quality. Highly recommended!
