What can I expect at my appointment?

Your visit is entirely private; for the hour you're with us, the whole boutique is yours and your family's alone. There's no queuing, no rushing, and no one else browsing the rails alongside you.

We'll start with a chat about your ideas, your budget, and anything you've been dreaming of; so bring any screenshots or inspiration you've saved, though it's just as fine to arrive with no ideas at all. From there, we'll pull dresses suited to your style, your shape, and your budget, and take things entirely at your pace. There's no limit on how many dresses you try — some girls like a small, focused selection, others love working through lots before narrowing down. It's your appointment, so we adapt to you.

A few quick tips before you arrive:

• Bring 2–3 guests; whoever's opinion matters most to you

• Avoid fake tan and heavy makeup, as both can transfer onto delicate fabrics

• Simple, plain underwear works best under fitted styles, and buy any shapewear before you try rather than on the day
