I visited City Prom to purchase dresses for my 3 daughters. The service was absolutely amazing. We did not feel pressured into purchasing and we were encouraged to take our time and try on as many dresses as we wanted to. Also encouraged to take time and think before purchasing. In the end we actually purchased 4 as I couldn’t resist one either! Next level service way above and beyond what we expected as one dress had to be ordered and it arrived so quickly. We had a fabulous experience at City Prom today with Madeleine. The setting is welcoming with gorgeous dresses, so much choice. Madeleine is an excellent, experienced advisor and really put my daughter at ease. She listened to her and helped her to feel comfortable and to enjoy the appointment! Nothing was too much trouble and we have come out today with the perfect dress. The experience was just what it should be and I would highly recommend. Thanks, Madeleine.

We visited city prom looking for a prom dress for my daughter, Madeleine was fantastic from start to finish. A stunning selection of the most beautiful dresses in every colour and every style possible. Would definitely recommend booking an appointment, it’s one on one with no disruptions as your appointment is solely for you. I cannot recommend City Prom enough. Madeleine made what could have been a stressful experience feel fun and exciting.
